140. Every person who contravenes the second paragraph of section 11 or 39, section 46, the second paragraph of section 70, section 74, 76 or 100, paragraph 1 or 2 of section 103 or section 108, 111, 130, 133, 134 or 138 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $2,000 to $100,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $6,000 to $600,000.

140. Every person who contravenes the second paragraph of section 11 or 39, section 46, the second paragraph of section 70, section 74, 76 or 100, paragraph 1 or 2 of section 103, section 108 or 111, the second or third paragraph of section 118, or section 130, 133, 134 or 138 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $2,000 to $100,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $6,000 to $600,000.

140. Any offence against the provisions of sections 12, 15 to 17, 28, 29, 33 to 38, 40 to 45, 47 to 49, 53 to 61, 66 to 71, 74, 75, 77 to 80, 82 to 92, 98, 99, 101, 102, 103 or of the second paragraph of section 148 makes the offender liable to a fine,
(1)  in the case of a natural person, of $1,000 to $25,000; and
(2)  in the case of a legal person, of $3,000 to $500,000.
